Highlights from VBS
at Venice Presbyterian Church
In 2010, the Vacation Bible School (VBS) program at Venice Church ran from June 21st-25th. During our High Seas Expedition, kids from Venice and the surrounding community found places and situations where they saw God in action and learned how they could be a God Sighting!
On their vast voyage, the children participated in games and crafts, as well as a service project making blankets for children in need. They also enjoyed various activities based on our High Seas theme, such as a fencing demonstration by Three Rivers Fencing. An offering was collected to support mission work in the Lakota Indian Community and through a local team from Youth With A Mission (YWAM) .
